About this project
Feeling Stuck in Life was created for the moment when your life looks normal from the outside, but something inside has stopped moving.
We publish simple educational tools that help people name the pattern, reduce the noise, and choose one useful next step. We are not a therapy practice. We do not believe one quiz can explain a whole person. We do believe a clear question, answered honestly, can change what happens next.
What we publish
A free quiz that identifies the stuck pattern most likely leading right now, five result pages with practical steps, and a small library of long-form guides. Everything is written by the Feeling Stuck in Life Editorial Team, reviewed for plain language, and updated when we can make it clearer.
Our editorial standards
- Plain language. If a sentence needs a second read, we rewrite it.
- No guaranteed outcomes, and no promises about how you will feel.
- No clinical diagnosis, and no language borrowed from mental-health assessment.
- A practical action always comes before any product recommendation.
- Clear disclosure when a link may benefit this site or the brands related to it. See our disclaimer.
- No invented experts, statistics, testimonials, or research findings.
What the quiz is, and is not
The quiz is a pattern finder. It looks at how being stuck shows up in your days and names the one pattern most likely leading right now. It is not a diagnosis, a personality type, or a permanent label. People move between patterns as their circumstances change, which is good news: patterns respond to small, repeated action.
